Make the Most of Your Weekend: London Family To-Do Generator
Stop spending Friday night Googling things to do. The Mummy London Weekend To-Do Generator gives you a personalised family activity list in 30 seconds.

Every Friday evening, the same question. "So what are we doing this weekend?" And somehow, despite living in one of the most exciting cities in the world, the answer is usually a shrug followed by a trip to the same park you went to last week.
Sound familiar? We built something to fix that.
Introducing the Mummy London Weekend To-Do Generator
The Mummy London Weekend To-Do Generator is a free tool that gives you a personalised list of things to do in London this weekend, based on your children's ages, your postcode and what kind of day you are after.
Tell it whether you want to stay local or travel further afield. Tell it if you want free activities or do not mind spending. Tell it whether the children are toddlers or tweens. It will come back with a proper list -- not a generic "visit a museum" suggestion, but specific, timely ideas that actually fit your weekend.
Why We Built It
London has an almost overwhelming amount going on for families at any given weekend. The problem is not a lack of things to do -- it is that finding the right thing for your specific children, your specific energy levels and your specific budget takes ages.
We wanted to cut that down to thirty seconds. Put in a few details, get a list, go.
What Kind of Ideas Does It Suggest?
The generator pulls from a mix of permanent London attractions, seasonal events, free outdoor activities, and things that are genuinely happening that weekend. Depending on what you tell it, it might suggest:
A free outdoor event in your borough. A lesser-known museum that is perfect for the age of your children. A new playground that opened recently near you. A pop-up or market that is only on this weekend. A rainy day backup in case the weather turns.
It is not a list of the same ten London attractions you have seen on every parenting website. It tries to surface things you might not already know about.
How to Use It
Head to mummy.london and find the Weekend To-Do Generator on the homepage. Enter your children's ages, your area of London and what you are in the mood for. The whole thing takes about thirty seconds.
You can also save your preferences so it remembers your children's ages next time -- useful if you come back to it every Friday like we hope you will.
This Weekend's Ideas
Not sure where to start? Here are a few things worth considering for this weekend in London:
If the weather is good, London's parks are at their absolute best in June. Take a picnic, find a paddling pool and make a proper afternoon of it.
If you fancy eating out, our guide to outdoor dining with kids in London has plenty of solid options across the city.
And if you need to keep the children occupied next week, it is not too late to book a spot at one of the summer holiday camps we have rounded up.
But really -- just try the generator. It is quicker than reading a guide.
